Far West Helping Foundation Corp organizes and supports community events, outreach activities, donation distributions, volunteer service, educational sessions, disaster readiness efforts, and partnership gatherings that serve people with dignity, respect, love, peace, and accountability.
Bringing People Together to Serve
FWHFC events are created to connect families, donors, volunteers, partners, agencies, businesses, schools, churches, hospitals, clinics, and community members. Every event should be organized, respectful, safe, lawful, and focused on helping people and strengthening communities.
Food & Supply Distribution Events
Community events may include food boxes, groceries, hygiene supplies, school supplies, household items, and other donated resources when available.
Volunteer Outreach Days
Volunteers may help with sorting donations, preparing supplies, supporting events, greeting visitors, and assisting with community outreach.
Partner & Donor Meetings
FWHFC welcomes agencies, businesses, churches, schools, hospitals, clinics, and donors who want to collaborate for community good.
Preparedness & Recovery Events
Disaster-related events may include readiness education, supply coordination, emergency resource information, and recovery outreach.
Training & Information Sessions
FWHFC may host information sessions for education, workforce training, youth support, volunteer orientation, and program awareness.
Community Resource Events
Events may help connect people to housing support, food support, transportation, healthcare resources, veterans support, disability support, and referrals.

Event Standards
Every FWHFC event should be conducted with dignity, respect, order, safety, lawful conduct, proper planning, and accountability. Participants, volunteers, donors, staff, and partners must treat people respectfully and follow FWHFC standards.
FWHFC does not support discrimination, harassment, fraud, misuse of donations, unsafe conduct, disorderly behavior, threats, exploitation, illegal activity, or mistreatment of any person at events.
Important Event Notice
Event dates, locations, supplies, registration, attendance, and services may depend on available funding, donations, volunteers, safety, weather, facility approval, partner availability, and administrative review. FWHFC does not guarantee that supplies or assistance will be available at every event.
FWHFC is not a 911 emergency response agency. For life-threatening emergencies, active danger, urgent medical situations, fire, crime in progress, or immediate rescue needs, call 911 immediately.
